Guarantees
We offer a 12 month warranty against material or manufacturing defects on all products subject to conditions. These are:

a) The product must not be worked on or altered by anyone other than ourselves or an approved representative.

b) The product must be cared for in a proper manner. Leathers when not being used should be stored properly and cleaned when dirty. We reserve the right to assess whether a garment has been cared for properly. Please ask us if we can help.
c) Accidental damage or deliberate misuse voids warranty. Some parts may be conditionally covered at our discretion.

d) Zipper damage is often due to misuse from the user. We reserve the right to assess whether any damage was due to misuse, or a defect in manufacturing or workmanship. Please read our blog on zippers to see how to look after them, zippers are important!

Shipping

We offer cost price shipping, typical fees for smaller items is around $15 (signed delivery Australia Post).

Returns

We want our customers to be happy. Items purchased from our online shop may be returned for an exchange item (or full refund at our discretion) within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in a re-sellable condition, tags must not be removed. Please contact us for any further information.

Our commitment to you is to always offer honest advice whether you require crash repairs, new leathers or accessories. We want all our customers to be safe as possible, we only provide garments and accessories that we would use ourselves and offer repairs that we would trust.

 

A little different to conventional shops, we actually disassemble and rebuild leathers of all brands so we know what separates a good suit or good value, from a  bad deal. We are not tied to big distributors who control the brands we can sell, we won't push a particular product because of it's higher profit margins. We stock the very best products that we can source, and use only the best materials for our crash repairs - YKK Zippers, K-Moto kangaroo leather, Keprotec technical amarid fabric and the very best CE protectors from Knox and Betac.

 

We believe that the world is what we make it. We will not work with manufacturers if there is a risk of child labour, bonded labour and exploitation of workers.

While we only sell products that we believe in, to the fullest extent of the law we will not be held liable for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) resulting from an accident, use or misuse of our products and services.
